X-axis scale is the same as in Fig. 2a. b, Immunoprecipitation with anti-TENT4A and anti-TENT4B followed by RT-qPCR was used to measure the enrichment of TENT4-bound RNA in HepG2.2.15 cells (n = 3 independent experiments).
