Size-exclusion chromatogram (Superose 6 Increase) profile of the purified VAChT sample. Peak fractions between dashes were used for cryo-EM sample preparation. c. Coomassie-blue-stained SDS-PAGE gel of purified VAChT sample for cryo-EM data collection. VAChT appeared as two bands due to glycosylation. The experiments were independently repeated more than three times, yielding consistent results.
