The Rap94 structure as extracted from complete vRNAP is shown in surface representation. The five domains (NTD, Domain 2, B Ribbon, B-cyclin domain and CTD) are coloured in shades of green. The domains are connected by flexible linkers that are fixed on the vRNAP surface throughout the assembly pathway.
