PhenoGraph clustering was applied per EMT cell line. Z scores were calculated on arcsinh-transformed data and per marker. Hierarchical clustering was performed using Euclidean distance and ward.D2 linkage. The blue rectangle highlights that cluster HSER_2 is phenotypically similar to Hs578T cells and fibroblasts. The bar plot on the right shows the frequency per cluster of cells of the respective day and treatment.
