From: 1H NMR based urinary metabolites profiling dataset of canine mammary tumors

Overview of the experimental process in canine mammary tumors (CMTs). Urine samples were collected from healthy dogs and dogs with CMTs. The metabolites in urine were quantified using proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) spectroscopy. The raw data were filtered and imputed to make complete datasets. For the data visualization, principal component analysis (PCA) was performed on the preprocessed data.
