HDAC5 overexpressing cell lines are indicated by a diamond symbol, vector controls by a circle. Except for VM-Cub-1, all cell lines were tightly clustered, irrespective of HDAC5 expression. Vector- and HDAC5-expressing groups of VM-Cub-1 cell lines displayed the greatest variation in gene expression among the investigated UC lines.
