branchOrder | branch order of the branch the cylinder belongs |
cylinderID | a unique ID for each cylinder in a tree (row number) |
posInBranch | running number of the cylinder inside the branch it belongs |
parentCylID | parent cylinder ID |
childCyID | child cylinder ID |
start_x, start_y, start_z | x,y,z-coordinates of the starting point of the cylinder |
axis_x, axis_y, axis_z | x,y,z-components of the cylinder axis, unit vector |

addedVirtual | if = 1, then the cylinder is added after normal cylinder fitting |
