The asterisks indicate the significance level calculated by paired t-tests comparing the two stimulation paradigms at the same frequency (*p < 0.05). The shaded area indicates the standard error. The epoch data were all passed through a Chebyshev Type I band-pass filter with the range [m, 90] Hz, where the values of parameter “m” for the three frequency bands were set to 1.8, 5.8, and 32.8 (Low-Depth); 1.8, 8.8, and 35.8 (High-Depth).
