The IO-3 panel can be used in combination with other immuno-MRM panels. (a) Experimental design showing sequential enrichment of analytes in the IO-1, IO-2, and IO-3 panels from cell lysates. The flow-through from one enrichment is used to capture analytes from subsequent panels. The order of enrichment was varied such that analytes from the panels were tested in each configuration. (b) Correlation of light peak area, heavy peak area, and peak area ratio (light/heavy) for peptides from the IO-1, IO-2, and IO-3 panels measured > LLOQ after enrichment in positions 1–3 from the cell lysate.
