Preoperative multi-sequence MRIs with stereotactic frame in place, NIfTI format with corresponding JSON files.

ses-intraop

Channels description (*_channels.tsv): Contains channel names, types (e.g., ECoG, DBS), units, cutoff measures, sampling frequency, and notch filter information.

Electrode description (*_electrodes.tsv): Contains electrode names (corresponding to channel names), XYZ coordinates in native space, size, material, manufacturer, and electrode type.

Coordinate System JSON (*_coordsystem.json): Contains the coordinate system in which electrode positions are expressed (native), processing reference, and units.

• Sidecar JSON (*_ieeg.json): Contains channel counts, hardware filters, institution and manufacturer info, recording parameters, and task description (‘Rest’).
