Simulation setup with a bicrystal composed of two symmetric tilt GBs (<112> or <110>). An infinitely long dislocation dipole with edge, screw and mixed (60°) character angles is generated in grain 1 using a dislocation loop algorithm developed by Dang et al.26 (Disclaimer: the dimensions of the schematics are not scaled with the dimensions used in this work).
