RNA quality assessment. RNA quality was evaluated across all experimental conditions, including non-silencing control (NS), TDP-43 knockdown (TDP43-KD), wild-type TDP-43 expression (WTT), and mutant TDP-43M337V expression (MVT). Electropherograms display characteristic ribosomal RNA peaks (18S and 28S), and the corresponding RNA Integrity Number (RIN) values are reported for each sample. All samples exhibit RIN values above 9, confirming high RNA integrity and suitability for RNA-seq library preparation.
