Simulation results of the energy dissipation per logic operation of the quasi-RQFP gate as a function of the rise and fall time of excitation currents, τrf. The lines show the results without taking into account thermal noise, and the markers show the averaged results over 500 iterations with thermal noise at 4.2 K. For all the input data combinations, the energy dissipation almost does not depend on τrf.
