The genes are grouped based on function or pathway. The fold ratio for individual Nod2 ^−/− HFD mice to the average of WT HFD mice was computed and is shown (lanes 1 to 6) with the average of the fold for all Nod2 ^−/− HFD mice. Genes that had a fold change of ≥2 or ≤0.5 (≤−2) and P ≤ 0.05 with 5% FDR are included in the heatmap. N = 6 mice/group.
