From: Liver ERα regulates AgRP neuronal activity in the arcuate nucleus of female mice
Total palmitic acid and EPA are increased in the plasma of LERKO mice. The content of free and total fatty acids indicated was measured in the plasma of floxed and LERKO mice in E by LC-MS/MS. Data shown is combined results of 2 separate experiments (N = 4–5 mice/exp).
