Expansion and characterization of Nb4. (a) Image of SDS-PAGE gel showing protein contents of different collections during Nb4 purification. The molecular weight of Nb4 is approximately 19 kDa. Nb4 was expanded by culturing bacteria that expressed Nb4 and purified. The supernatant, bacterial pellets, and different elution fractions were loaded on SDS-PAGE gel. (b) A representative image of Western blot to detect purified Nb4. Purified Nb4 was loaded on the SDS-PAGE gel and then transferred to a PVDF membrane. The membrane was probed with the primary antibody anti-His-FITC (Beijing CW Biotechnology Ltd. Co.).
