Western blotting analysis of α-tubulin polymerization in four colorectal cancer cell lines: HCT106, HCT116, LoVo, and CT26. Where “t+K” represents “Taxol+KLT”, “t & K” represents “Taxol&KLT” and “K+t” represents “KLT+Taxol”, respectively. Six different drug treatment groups are listed in the top row and are defined in “Kanglaite and Taxol treatment”. “S” represents soluble tubulin and “P” represents polymerized tubulin. Each densitometric value of tubulin was normalized to the densitometric value of β-actin. The percentage of polymerized tubulin was obtained by dividing the densitometric value of the polymerized tubulin by the total tubulin content: \(\frac{{P}}{{P}+{S}}\).
