(A) HCT106; (B) HCT116; (C) LoVo; (D) CT26; and (E) GJIC function in the four cell lines. Columns represent the mean from five independent experiments and bars represent standard deviations. Average number of cells with green fluorescence in each group were compared by student’s t-test. *P < 0.05, significantly different from control group. GJIC functions of all KLT treated cells were higher than control cells.
