From: Integrated single- and two-photon light sheet microscopy using accelerating beams
The iSPIM geometry of light sheet microscopy used in this paper allows to image tissue samples mounted on standard microscope slides. The xyz coordinate system used throughout this paper is defined as relative to the detection objective, the t-axis represents translation axis.
