Figure1

(A) Circular dichroism analyses of four hybrid peptides in 50% TFE solvent. (B) Helix-wheel plots and (C) tertiary structures built by homology model of four peptides. For helix-wheel plots, the hydrophobic and hydrophilic residues are separated with dash dot line, with the hydrophilic residues being concentrated on upper side of the helix and hydrophobic ones on the lower. For tertiary structures, the α-helix are displayed in the ribbon structure. Residues of Arg and Lys are displayed in blue and red, respectively in surface representatios.
