Modulation frequency dependence of PIA signal (850 nm) for SPFLMW at room temperature. The solid line shows fit to Equation 4. The average τT H0 and CT H0 (over three samples) are about 680 ns and 3.67 × 10−6 for SPFLMW, respectively. The PIA measurement was carried out in device geometry with the structure ITO/PEDOT:PSS/emitting layer/TPBI/Ca/Al.
