Each GO term was associated with only one fold change interval (either a single quantile or combination of neighboring quantiles) possessing the most significant enrichment (for UGs and DGs separately). The shortest intervals correspond to the tightest fold-change-specificity of auxin response. The longest intervals (from very weak to very strong) are not fold-change-specific. The numbers in the boxes indicate the amount of GO terms associated with auxin regulation within the fold change interval.
