From: Identification of New Shikonin Derivatives as Antitumor Agents Targeting STAT3 SH2 Domain
MDA-MB-231 cells were transfected with STAT3-TATA-Luc reporter and Renilla luciferase reporter plasmids. After 24 h, cells were treated with indicated concentrations of PMM-172 or Stattic for 24 h and then luciferase intensity was measured. Results are fold change ± SD of three independent experiments, *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01.
