MiR-322-5p blocks FAM3B-induced VSMC proliferation and migration. VSMCs were infected with adenoviruses expressing EGFP or FAM3B for 36 h. Prior to the virus infection, negative control (NC) mimic or miR-322-5p mimic was transfected into VSMCs for 12 h when indicated.
