Differential expression analysis of unigenes in the primary laticifers (PL) versus the secondary laticifers (SL). The LogFC (log2 Fold Change) is used as the x-axis and –log10FDR (False Discovery Rate) is used as the y-axis. The total number of unigenes is 70,933. Of those 70,089 were not DEGs (cut-off FDR ≤0.001, highlighted in green), 597 unigenes were up-regulated in PL (highlighted in blue), and 247 unigenes were down-regulated (highlighted in red).
