PalC causes a decrease in cell number of CD4⁺CD25⁺ T cells, an increased level of caspase 3/7 activity in CD4⁺CD25⁺ T cells and an increased number of B220⁺CD19⁺ B cells in ex vivo cultured MLN cells.
