Kaempferol increases AMPK phosphorylation. (A) Immunoblotting analysis of autophagy regulators. N2a cells expressing SOD1^G85R were treated with 3 µM kaempferol for 24 h. The lysates were analyzed by immunoblotting with antibodies for phosphorylated mTOR (p-mTOR), mTOR, phosphorylated AMPK (p-AMPK), phosphorylated AKT (p-AKT), β-actin.
