LPS-treatment enhanced Na/Ca exchanger currents (INCX). INCX was evoked by ramp pulses (100 mV/s) at 0.5 Hz from −30 to +60, then to −100 mV with the holding potential of −30 mV. NiCl2 (5 mM) was used to isolate INCX from other currents. (A) Representative traces of Ni2+-sensitive currents in absence and presence of LPS (1 µg/ml for 48 hours).
