  1. The levels of leptin and HMW adiponectin in plasma were measured with a commercial ELISA. A mouse pro-inflammatory panel kit was used for the quantitative determination of IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-5, IL-6, CXCL1, IL-10 and IL-12p70 by multi-array electrochemiluminescence detection technology. n = 8–10 mice each group. One-way ANOVA and Bonferroni’s post-test, *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 versus control.
