(b) Relative luciferase activity in 293T that were transfected with firefly luciferase reporters containing WT or mutant 3′ UTRs of HK2, miR-125a mimics or miR-NC. (c–f) Huh-7 and HepG2 cells were transfected with miR-NC, miR-125a mimics, anti-miR-NC or anti-miR-125a. The expression levels of HK2 were detected using immunoblotting.
