Phytohormones affect the expression level of precursor genes of MIR166. The expression level of seven MIR166(AG) genes was quantified using qRT-PCR in roots at 1, 6, 12, and 24 hrs with hormone concentrations of (A) 10 µM IAA, (B) 10 µM GA, (C) 10 µM BAP, (D) 10 µM ABA, (E) 20 µM JA and (F) 100 µM SA. The control indicates without treatment in each case. Error bars indicate ± SE of two independent biological experiments. One-way ANOVA was performed. Statistically significant differences are indicated as, * for P < 0.05,** for P < 0.01 and *** for P < 0.001.
