(A) After 72 hour treatment with Isc Qu (85 µg/mL) and Dox (50 nM) alone or in combination, MCF7 cells where stained with dyhydrorhodamine 123 for 20 min in order to measurelevels of mitochondrial ROS, or (B) incubated 30 min with DCFH-DA to measure total ROS levels.
