RNA samples of from colons were taken at day 11 from mice exposed to DSS-exposure according to the protocol shown in Fig. 1a. Heatmaps show differential gene expression between colons of methylcellulose- and ABX464-treated mice as monitored by RT2 profiler PCR array (Qiagen).
