From: Systemic blockade of P2X7 receptor protects against sepsis-induced intestinal barrier disruption
The effects of a P2X7R blockade on TJ expression. The protein levels of occludin, claudin-1, and ZO-1 in intestinal mucosa were measured by WB at 48 hours after CLP. N = 6 mice per group. The results of WB analysis are combined data from three densitometric scans (mean ± SD). *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 and ***p < 0.001 when compared among the different groups.
