The effects of a P2X7R blockade on the ERK and NF-κB pathways. The protein levels of p-ERK 1/2 and ERK 1/2 (A), NF-κB p-p65 and p65 (B), and p-IKK and p-IκB (C) in intestinal mucosa were measured by WB at 48 hours after CLP. N = 6 mice per group.
