(A) Skin swelling in TPA-treated left auricles (L) and acetone-treated right auricles (R) was quantified twenty-four hours after irritation (n = 10). Error bars represent standard deviation. Data were statistically analyzed by Student’s t-test (p < 0.01). (B) Histological features of acetone- and TPA-treated aurticular skin from WT and MsrB1 KO mice were visualized by H&E staining and microscopy (Scale bar = 100 µm). Images are representative of three mice for each treatment group.
