Ssu72 downregulates Th17 cell differentiation and IL-17 level. (A) CD4+ T cells from CIA mice splenocytes were cultured under Th17 conditions for 72 h and then the number of CD4+IL-17+ cells was quantified. Statistical analyses were conducted using one-way ANOVA with Bonferroni’s post hoc test. (C) Concentration of IL-17 and TNF-α in culture supernatants was measured using ELISA. The data represent the mean ± SD from three independent experiments. Statistical analyses were conducted using the nonparametric Mann-Whitney U-test (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.03, ***P < 0.01, n = 5).
