From: Chemical inhibitors of Candida albicans hyphal morphogenesis target endocytosis
Enhanced sensitivity to Trifluoperazine of S. cerevisiae mutants. Serial dilutions of the indicated mutants were plated on YPD or YPD+10 µM TFP plates and incubated for 2 days at 30 °C. Whereas rcy1∆, vps15∆, sod1∆ and pcl8∆ exhibit strongly reduced growth on TFP only, pho88∆ and vps69∆ exhibit non-specific reduced growth in the absence of the compound as well.
