The neighbor-joining (NJ) phylogenetic tree of 79 plant DAL genes was constructed based on the multiple protein sequence alignment of the conserved regions (Supplemental Data File S3) according to the Poisson model. Bootstrap values >60% are indicated at each node, and the scale bar denotes the substitute rate per site. The species names are displayed before plant DAL genes.
