The effect of NTP on β-catenin localization in confluent HaCaT cells. (a) The results of FACS analysis using PI. HaCaT cells were seeded on 35 mm dish at the indicated concentration. Data shown are representative of four independent experiments. (b) The result of confocal imaging of immunofluorescence (Scale bar: 20 μm). Cells were treated with NTP for 5 minutes at 0, 2, 4, and 8 hours before harvesting. After fixation, cells were stained for E-cadherin (red) and β-catenin (green). DAPI was used for counter staining of the nuclei. nt: non-treated.
