From: Molecular imaging of aberrant crypt foci in the human colon targeting glutathione S-transferase P1-1
Gene mRNA levels in human ACF tissues. ACF and normal colorectal tissues were biopsied under magnifying colonoscopy. Total RNA was extracted and reverse transcribed, and a TaqMan assay was performed to quantitate mRNA levels for each gene. The 18 S gene was used as an internal control.
