Protein-protein interaction network analysis (PPI) of core DEGs. PPI analysis was conducted using STRING (version 10.0, http://string-db.org, COG mode) and Glycine max as an organism (nearest neighbor legume in the organism list present in STRING database). The confidence score was set at ≥0.70 and co-expression and experiment parameters were chosen. COG descriptions along with color codes are mentioned in the figure.
