Heat maps and cluster analysis of the quantification of proteins calculated by label free approach. The overall profile of proteins that were analysed in two separate cohorts (a and b panels) of patient and control samples was expressed as a heat map, normalizing the proteome profiles for each sample by calculating the z-score on proteins. Unsupervised clustering analysis was used to segregate the samples.
