(A) GC-MS analysis of transformation of TCP by resting cells of P. putida KTU-T1. Two chromatographic peaks representing TCP and DCP had a RT of 11.3 min and 11.7 min, respectively. (B) GC-MS analysis of transformation of DCP by resting cells of P. putida KTU-T2. Two chromatographic peaks corresponding to ECH and DCP appeared at a RT of 5.1 min and 11.7 min, respectively.
