Growth curves of P. putida KTU-TGF and KTU-TGVF under oxygen-limited conditions. P. putida strains were incubated in 25 ml glass vials with a screw cap mininert valve containing 20 ml of M9 minimal medium supplemented with 0.2 mM TCP in a shaking incubator at 80 rpm and 30 °C. Cell growth was estimated by measuring the OD600 of the culture broth. Bars represent the mean values ± standard deviation of triplicate measurements from three independent experiments.
