(b) Ccl20 mRNA expression levels in cardiac macrophages treated with TNF-α or HMGB1 at pH 6.5 or pH 7.4. Cardiac macrophages were harvested from WT mice or TDAG8 KO mice 3 days after MI and treated with TNF-α (10 ng/ml) or HMGB1 (10 μg/ml) at pH 6.5 or pH 7.4 for 8 h to measure Ccl20 mRNA using real-time RT-PCR.
