Reversible current inhibition by 2-APB in human TRPM2. (a) The slowly activating and hardly inactivating currents through this channel were promptly, completely, and reversibly inhibited by 2-APB (0.1 mM) applied to the standard bath. (b) Corresponding current-voltage relations to the experiment shown in panel a. The voltage ramps show that the inward as well as the outward current component is equally affected.
