Protein levels of DmLRPPRC1 and DmSLIRP1 in ClpP mutant-overexpressing Schneider S2 cells. Schneider S2 cells carrying pMt/ClpP WT/Hy (ClpP WT), pMt/ClpP S124A/Hy (ClpP Mut) were cultured for 5 d. (A) Immunoblot analysis was carried out as described in the legend to Fig. 1A. (B) The relative ratio of DmLRPPRC1 and DmSLIRP1 protein. The ratio was determined as described in Fig. 1B. The results represent the mean ± SD of three independent experiments and *P < 0.05 versus control cells without induction. Full blots are presented in Supplementary Fig. S9.
