DmLRPPRC1 forms a complex with ClpXP. pMt/ClpX-FLAG/Hy was transfected into Schneider S2 Cells expressing a catalytically inactive ClpP mutant (S124A) and FLAG-tagged ClpX protein was immunoprecipitated using anti-FLAG-agarose. Total cell lysates (left) and immumoprecipitated proteins (right) were analysed by western blotting using specific antibodies. The results are representative of two independent experiments. Full blots are presented in Supplementary Fig. S9.
