Effects of the protein level of DmLRPPRC1 on mitochondrial ribosome assembly. An increase in DmLRPPRC1 expression leads to impaired assembly of mitoribosomes. Individual mitochondrial transcripts were analyzed by TaqMan-based real-time PCR assays.
